Chariot, a Ford Motor Company, is focused on creating the world's first self-sustainable mass-transit system that relieves congestion while offering a comfortable, personalized commuting experience. 

Chariot is a Ford Transit Wagon driven by professional drivers, on a specific route, or through a charter - who are background-checked, W2 employees. Chariots are state-licensed and commercially insured. 

Chariot is currently operating in San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, and New York, with plans to expand to several additional markets in 2018. 


Overall Campaign Goals

  • Focus on developing the New York City market
  • Achieve 2000 weekly riders through new and existing app users
  • Partner with a popular music artist/influencer
  • Suggested Budget: $50,000

Pre-Activation Audit

With great consideration and research of Chariot's current social media activity, brand engagement, and expected campaign results - Partner.ly has determined an effective strategy to achieve success, which includes the following:

  • RFP creation and development
  • Artist and Campaign ideation, management and execution in harmony with major record labels
  • Strategic lead generation, re-marketing and re-targeting funnels
  • Social media management and community/fan engagement

Proposed Strategy Outline

Step 1: $2,500 Deposit / October 2017

Overview:

  • Create RFP and distribute to Warner Bros. Records, Universal Music Group, RocNation, and Sony Music Group
  • Receive campaign proposals from pre-approved artists and labels
  • Develop a minimum of 6 turnkey, pre-approved options for Chariot to ultimately select
    • Options due to Evan Stafford by: October 21, 2017
    • Campaign selected by October 30th

Step 2: Working in harmony with Chariot's internal marketing team - we intend to accomplish the following: 

PRE (November 1 - 7th)

  • Focus on the New York City market (Launched in August 2017)
  • Incorporate a celebrity music artist
  • Partner with a major record label
  • Solidify campaign strategy & set benchmarks

DURING (November 14th Launch)

  • Utilize Facebook marketing tactics
    • Become a co-promoter on artist dark-post, allowing Chariot to perminently "borrow" a new audience
  • Utilize contesting marketing tactics
    • Capture potential leads information including: IP address, email, name, and phone number
  • Content capture video/photo
    • Promotional video
    • Recap video
  • Social Media Management

POST (January 2018 Close)

  • Provide Chariot with a database of verified leads through contesting marketing tactics
  • Re-target interested audience via Facebook ads with promotional code to use Chariot
    • Provide all creative
  • Achieve 2000 per-week rides use (currently 400 per-week)

    Total Budget: $75,000.00

*Suggested Add-On (February - April 2018)

  • Minimum of 3 months of social media management, re-marketing and re-targeting efforts
    • Weekly content calendars
    • Creative design

Secondary Strategy Offering

  • 1 Artist Partnership (November) or several micro-level artists (Minimum Instagram reach, 10k, spread over 3 months)

Notable Clients

Salesforce - Partner.ly Agency was called upon to produce a festival-scale event for the annual Dreamforce event, held in San Fransisco, CA.  A private event for over 20k attendees, Partner.ly managed talent booking, stage production, travel logistics, and backline for the 3 day event. 

Samsung Mobile - Partner.ly agency was called upon to develop a national music-based program for the launch of multiple handheld devices, lasting 18 months, including the iconic Sidekick 3.  Engagement included artist partnerships, tour sponsorships & activations, experiential launch events, and high-touch content capture. 

Whole Foods Market - Partner.ly Agency was called upon to develop, curate, and manage a scalable music program for their in-store customer experience initiative.  From in-store album curation, to experiential partnerships with major labels, Partner.ly Agency was tasked with discovering emerging talent worthy of sharing in the platform of WFM, while not having a significant talent budget.

Forever 21 - Partner.ly Agency partnered Forever 21 with Warner Bros. Records to celebrate #F21XMUSIC in Los Angeles, CA.  The project included an on-site performance and meet & greet from WBR recording artist, LIGHTS.  By adding a #F21xMUSIC site & hashtag, Forever 21 grew into the #1 most engaged profile on Instagram surrounding The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in 2016.
