Overview

Partner.ly is thrilled at the opportunity to act as Fanvestory's on-demand music and influencer marketing department, and our diverse background makes us uniquely positioned for a successful partnership.

Partner.ly will manage everything related to US Based Artist partnerships, to marketing strategy.  Our traditional agency platform will develop and execute turnkey strategies to expose Fanvestory to the masses.

We have ample experience helping artists and brands skyrocket in the digital spaces. We’d love nothing more than to help you do the same.


Overall Goals

  • Maximize Fanvestory's team bandwidth by managing music & influencer partnerships
  • Discover, source, engage with established and buzz-worthy music talent and influencers that align with the target metrics provided by Fanvestory
  • Produce scheduled market launches and supplemental events
  • Drive usage of Fanvestory platform through comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategy
  • Emotionally fortify customer engagement through engaging music events, content, and experiences

Phase 1 - Artist Partnership Trial

Partner.ly will discover, source, engage with all talent that fits within the requirements of Fanvestory's investment opportunities. This process includes:

  • Full strategy

  • Market research Data Deep-Dive Analysis

  • Custom RFP Building

  • Featured Opportunity placement on Partner.ly Platform dashboard

  • White glove service / custom pitches to A List talent

Suggested Artist Strategy

  • 1 Flagship Anchor Artist - A List
    • Suggested budget $250K+
  • 10 Emerging Artists
    • $0-10,000 budget artist fee

Budget

3 Month Contract
Retainer $4700 per month
10% Service fee on Artist Partnerships

Partner.ly will manage and execute Fanvestory's social engagement strategy to ensure the brand becomes a trusted voice that customers interact with on a daily basis.  

This includes support for:

  • Enhancing Fanvestory's social "voice"
  • High level activity & engagement with customers
  • Custom campaigns to generate UGC
  • A full social media strategy integrating music influencers
  • Detailed content calendar
  • Paid spend strategy & management
  • Metrics tracking, analysis, and strategy pivots in real time
  • KPI establishment and tracking
  • Development of 1st party data
  • Re-marketing/targeting strategy & management
  • Instagram and Facebook contests promoting VIP fan experiences, etc.

Experiential Live Events

Partner.ly regularly delivers unique physical experiences that go above and beyond the scope of your average event. Our team would be thrilled to frame each of your markets with physical experiences that draw a crowd that just can't resist sharing it with their networks. All of our events are designed to generate content that can be utilized digitally for months to come.

Fanvestory Branded Recording Studio

Based in Los Angeles, for one month, Fanvestory will dominate the emerging music scene by branding a private recording studio. Your brand will become a champion of emerging & trendsetting music artists by providing artists the opportunity to record their music. 

The opportunities for content capture are endless. From live-streaming the process, to releasing snippets of songs pre-release, to exclusive artist interviews, Fanvestory will ensure a high-quality stream of content.

Notable Clients

Salesforce - Partner.ly Agency was called upon to produce a festival-scale event for the annual Dreamforce event, held in San Fransisco, CA.  A private event for over 17k attendees, Partner.ly managed talent booking, stage production, travel logistics, and backline for the 3 day event. 

Whole Foods Market - Partner.ly Agency was called upon to develop, curate, and manage a scalable music program for their in-store customer experience initiative.  From in-store album curation, to experiential partnerships with major labels, Partner.ly Agency was tasked with discovering emerging talent worthy of sharing in the platform of WFM, while not having a talent budget.

Forever 21 - Partner.ly Agency partnered Forever 21 with Warner Bros. Records to celebrate #F21XMUSIC in Los Angeles, CA.  The project included an on-site performance and meet & greet from WBR recording artist, LIGHTS.  By adding a #F21xMUSIC site & hashtag, F21 grew into the #1 most engaged profile on Instagram surrounding The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in 2016.
